Terms of Use

These Terms explain the basic rules for using LogicTC School Management and LogicTC Notes. They are written to be practical and readable so schools and teachers understand what we provide, what we expect, and how the service should be used.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using LogicTC, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you create or manage an account on behalf of a school, department, or institution, you confirm that you have authority to act for that organisation.

2. What LogicTC provides

LogicTC provides software tools for school operations and teacher productivity. Depending on the product and the plan in use, this may include school management workflows, reporting, communication tools, finance workflows, AI-assisted lesson note generation, approvals, and digital document outputs.

3. Account and access responsibilities

  • Keep your login credentials, codes, and approval access secure.
  • Provide accurate information when setting up schools, users, and payment details.
  • Use the correct role and permission settings for staff access.
  • Notify LogicTC or your internal school administrator promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform. That includes trying to:

  • gain unauthorized access to accounts, records, or infrastructure;
  • upload malicious code, spam, or abusive content;
  • scrape, copy, resell, or automate access to the service in ways we have not approved;
  • use the platform in a way that disrupts service for schools, teachers, or other users; or
  • generate or submit unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content through the system.

5. Credits, subscriptions, and payments

  • Some LogicTC features may operate on subscriptions, top-ups, or credit-based consumption.
  • Where a feature uses credits, the deduction rate may depend on the settings or pricing published within the product at the time of use.
  • Where a wallet or credit balance is required, you are responsible for maintaining sufficient balance before using paid features.
  • Payment processing is handled through approved third-party payment providers.

6. School data and content

Schools and account owners remain responsible for the records, documents, and content they upload or create in LogicTC. That includes ensuring that the data is lawful to process, accurate where required, and appropriate for the selected workflow or audience.

7. AI-generated outputs

LogicTC Notes and other AI-assisted features are designed to help users work faster, but generated content should still be reviewed by the responsible teacher or school official before final use, submission, or distribution. Users remain responsible for the final content they approve or publish.

8. Availability and updates

We work to keep LogicTC reliable, secure, and improving over time. We may update features, pricing, workflows, and integrations as the product grows. Some parts of the service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, third-party provider issues, or circumstances outside our control.

9. Intellectual property

LogicTC, including its software, design, and platform materials, remains the property of LogicTC and its licensors. Schools and users retain ownership of the content and records they upload, subject to the rights needed for us to host, process, and deliver the service.

10. Suspension or termination

We may restrict or suspend access where there is non-payment, suspected fraud, security risk, abuse of the platform, or serious breach of these Terms. Schools may stop using the service subject to any active billing obligations or implementation arrangements already agreed.

11. Limitation of liability

LogicTC is provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LogicTC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from downtime, connectivity issues, third-party outages, user mistakes, or misuse of credentials.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any questions about compliance or formal legal obligations may also be shaped by product-specific agreements and applicable regulatory requirements.

Practical note: We try to keep these Terms plain and fair. If LogicTC introduces major new workflows or pricing models, this page may be updated so the rules stay aligned with how the platform actually works.
